ABOUT THE
FOUNDATION

The Ayub Bachchu Foundation was established to honor the life, legacy, and unmatched contributions of Ayub Bachchu, the legendary rock icon of Bangladesh. Known simply as AB, he was more than a guitarist or singer—he was a movement. With every note, he changed the sound of Bangladeshi music, giving birth to a rock culture that still echoes today.

AB was a dreamer with six strings, a poet of distortion, and a voice that spoke to millions. His groundbreaking work with LRB (Love Runs Blind) gave us timeless hits, unforgettable guitar solos, and a spirit of musical rebellion that continues to inspire artists of all generations.

The Foundation is built on the belief that AB’s music, message, and memory should not fade with time. Our mission is to preserve his legacy, promote music education, and empower young talents to chase their dreams—just as he did.

At the heart of our vision is the creation of the Ayub Bachchu Museum & Cultural Hub—a dynamic space featuring a museum of his personal belongings, an auditorium for live performances, and a music café for collaboration and community. This hub will serve as a beacon for fans, students, and future musicians.

Through concerts, exhibitions, youth programs, and cultural events, the Ayub Bachchu Foundation aims to keep the rhythm alive. We invite everyone—fans, supporters, musicians, and dreamers—to join us in this journey.

Because legends never die.
They live on—in the hearts they touch, the music they make, and the dreams they leave behind.
